Supermoon checklist

Checklist for the upcoming Supermoon celestial event on Sunday:

1. Tripod

2. Shoot the moon with another object in the foreground. Ever wonder why the sun / moon appears larger on the horizon than when in the sky? Well, it’s not!

3. Bracket your photos a bit (1/200, 1/400, 1/800, etc)

4. Telephoto lens (duh)

5. Be patient!

Forrest did an excellent job capturing the whole group (nearly 40 people) and all the numerous combinations of individual families, siblings, etc. It is challenging finding a photographer willing to work with so many people - we were thrilled Forrest agreed and couldn't be happier with the photos.
