Here’s why realtors need professional headshots (and how to create them)

The overwhelming majority of homebuyers (upwards of 80%) begin their housing search online.   Additionally, they are bombarded by agents daily, whether through agent networking, realtor websites and emails, open houses, marketing materials, etc.  In an industry as competitive as the housing market, you need to stand out amongst all of the other agents in your area.  If you are a real estate broker or real estate agent, its important to make a good first impression on your potential clients, namely because people want to work with realtors who convey trustworthiness, professionalism, honesty and friendliness.  The photo on your website, business cards, social media and other marketing outlets are your first opportunity to impress your clients.
